Ordering

How do I place an order online?

Ordering cannot be easier! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart (where you can already view your total cost), and click "Proceed to Secure Checkout". You will then be automatically transferred to a secure page where you will be asked to type your shipping and billing information. If you have a promotion coupon, you will be asked to type its number at this stage. Click on "Submit Order" and you're done!

Will I be able to see the total cost of my order before committing myself?

Yes - the total cost of your order will already be displayed in your shopping cart. In order to see the shipping cost, simply select your location from the drop down box.

Can I place orders over the phone?

While for security reasons we are unable to take credit card orders over the phone, if you have any problems with placing your order online, you can call our telephone number 0844 826 7497 and we will gladly guide you through the process, helping you with any problem you may have! Our customer care department is available Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM.

Can you rush my order?

Although our delivery time is up to 21 working days (28 working days for personalised items), most of our items are being delivered much earlier. If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please send us an email to sales@weddingfavourskingdom.co.uk or call us at 0844 826 7497. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed online using Credit or Debit cards.

Do prices in your website already include VAT?

We do not charge any VAT - what you see is what you pay!

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

No, there is no minimum order requirement.

Do you offer samples?

It is possible to order a sample for most of our products, except for personalised items or items sold as a set, since there are no minimum quantities for most of our products. Sample shipping cost is identical to regular order cost.

Order Tracking

Will I get any confirmation after I place my order?

On placing your order you will receive by email a sales receipt with your order details. You will receive a second email notification when your order has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We recommend you verify your order details immediately upon receipt of the confirmation email. If you wish to make changes or cancel your order you may do so as long as the order is not already being processed and has not been personalised. To change or cancel your order please send the request by email to sales@weddingfavourskingdom.co.uk We will do our very best to honor your request, but If an order is already being processed, no changes can be made.

What if my order is undeliverable due to wrong address?

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. In such a case the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by the carrier to redeliver the package.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you've purchased and wish to return or exchange it, you can do so by notifying us within 5 working days from receipt of your order.Personalized and edible items can not be returned or exchanged.
Returned products will receive a full refund of the cost of the product price, minus our postage and packing costs. Postage and packing costs will not be refunded unless the product was found to be faulty.
To return or exchange a product, email us at: sales@weddingfavourskingdom.co.uk or call our customer service at 08448267497 and we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions where to send the package. Returned orders without an RMA number will not be processed.
The returned goods must be in a resalable state and must be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. When sending us returns, the parcel is under your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages and will not credit any lost return packages.

How long before I receive my refund?

After we receive your returned package we will check the items. You will then receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days after receipt. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.

Can I return personalised items?

Since personalised items are 'tailor made' according to your specific details (e.g. names, wedding date) they cannot be resold and as such they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?

Please check all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please email us at sales@weddingfavourskingdom.co.uk or call our customer care service at 08448267497 no later than 2 working days after the package was delivered. Please keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. If possible, please also include in your email a digital photograph of the damaged item and/or package.

Shipping & Delivery

How is shipping being calculated?

All products are delivered by our preferred courier/postal services and packaged securely. Some deliveries must be signed for. Shipping rates are based on the shipping destination of your order, as follows:

Mainland UK and Isle of Wight:
Standard Postage & Packaging delivery for orders less than £100.00 is £3.95.
You Get FREE Shipping on all orders over £100.

Scottish Highlands and Isles, Northern Ireland:
Standard Postage & Packaging delivery for orders less than £100.00 is £12.95.
Standard Postage & Packaging delivery for orders between £100.00 and £199 is £10.00
You Get FREE Shipping on all orders over £200

Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly:
Standard Postage & Packaging delivery for orders less than £100.00 is £17.95.
Standard Postage & Packaging delivery for orders between £100.00 and £199 is £10.00.
You Get FREE Shipping on all orders over £200

Republic of Ireland:
Standard Postage & Packaging delivery for orders less than £100.00 is £17.95.
Standard Postage & Packaging delivery for orders between £100.00 and £249 is £10.00

When will I receive my order?

Usually it will take between 8 - 10 business days for your order to arrive, please allow up to 7 additional working days for personalised items.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, our carrier doesn't ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally. Please email us at sales@weddingfavourskingdom.co.uk to request a shipping quote. International orders can then be placed online.

Will the items on my order be shipped together or separately?

In order to offer our customers the widest and most unique selection, some items may ship separately. You will not be billed for each shipment, only one shipping charge will be applied - the same charge you would have gotten if all item were shipped together.

Do you have any important information regarding delivery that I should be aware of?

We do recommend that you request delivery to your work address or an address where you know someone will be in to sign for/collect the parcel. If you are not in when the carrier tries to deliver your order they will leave a card with further instructions on collection or re-delivery. If you don't collect your order within 5 days, your order will be sent back to us and a re-delivery charge will apply.

Can I order items that will be delivered to separate addresses?

If you wish to purchase from us items that are planned to be delivered to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.

Security & Privacy Policy

All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. Our site is tested and certified daily to pass the HACKER SAFE Security Scan, which should prevent over 99% of hacker crimes.

How do you use my contact information?

We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. We never reveal, rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything. "Cookies" are used on this site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. The checkout page of our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.
